More than 29,000¹ physicians, health care practitioners participate with M.D. IPA¹. Our online directory allows you to locate a doctor, dentist, health care practitioner, pharmacy or facility near your home or work.

To access our online directory, click here.

When asked to "Select Your Plan":

Select M.D. IPA when looking for a physician, health care practitioner, pharmacy or facility -or-
Select the MAMSI Life and Health Insurance Dental option when looking for a dentist.

When asked to “Select Your Search Type,” make your choice from the drop-down menu.

You then have the option of printing out a personalized directory. If you enter your address information, you can also review a map for driving directions.
