Whether you are an employee or a benefits administrator, our Member Services Department is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you. You do not need to be an M.D. IPA enrollee to contact us.

You may call our District of Columbia Government Member Services Department at 1-800-251-1712 or by completing and submitting the form below.

To respond to your inquiry, please provide your e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. This information is necessary to obtain additional information and to verify that the correct information is reviewed. Any information you provide is for reporting purposes only and will not be released to any third party. M.D. IPA will make every attempt to respond as expeditiously as possible. Most routine questions will be answered via return e-mail by the end of the next business day.
